The Pillow Cover Store Terms of Service ("Agreement")

Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully before using http://thepillowcoverstore.com ("the Site") operated by The Canton Group Inc ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at http://thepillowcoverstore.com.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by The Canton Group Inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. All photos are copyright The Pillow Cover Store Rockledge, FL. Use of images without written consent is a violation of US Copyright laws and is forbidden. Any found usage of our images will not be tolerated and appropriate steps will be taken after first warning.  Repeat offenders will not be warned.

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Damaged in Transit
For items that were damaged in transit, it is responsibility of the carrier to financially reimburse the customer. Whenever possible, we will attempt to help the customer file claims with carriers. All carriers require the customer to retain any and all packaging associated with the damaged item(s). Failure to do so will rest in the carrier denying your claim and a final sale.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by The Canton Group Inc

The Canton Group Inc has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

Third Party Payment
Customers are to use third party payment services (ie Amazon Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) at their own risk. Any breach of data is the responsibility of the payment system, not The Canton Group Inc. Our return and exchange policy supersedes any third party payment systems return policy. These items are custom made, and as such you forfeit your right to file any and all claims on third party websites, which include, but are not limited to buyer protection policies. Any form of a forced return will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, in addition to any original shipping charges - including items with free shipping.

Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Fit Recommendations

Any size recommendations, are just that. They are not set in perfect and are based on our pillow covers with our inserts. Use of any other cover/insert combination may not fit properly. 

All phone calls and emails are recorded and saved. Should any need arise they will be submitted for evidence in chargeback cases. Once a chargeback has been file customer owns any items and all return/exchange agreements are null and void. We reserve the right to seek compensation on any fraudulent chargeback claims including the cost of the original item(s), retail shipping price, any bank fees associated with chargeback, and any/all legal fees also associated with the chargeback. 

Product Returns

Customers must FIRST contact us prior to attempting any return. Returns sent back with out prior authorization or in incorrect packaging will result in a forfeiture of the item and funds as these are custom made items. Returns MUST be in the original packaging in new condition free of pet hair/odor/dirt/and any other allergens or stain. Due to the nature of our business (custom made items), and to help protect our customers from possible allergen exposure once the product leaves our facility, we unfortunately do not accept returns. If you receive an incorrect item, please fill out the form below and we will be happy to send you the correct item. All items are final sale. Any items returned as undeliverable,  incorrect address, or need to be shipped back to the customer for any reason, it is the buyers responsibility to pay all shipping charges associated with re-shipping the item(s). Occasionally we may request the customer to provide photos. This is necessary as we are not a brick and mortar store, and are not present to verify the issue. Failure to provide these will result in a final sale with no return. Unauthorized returns result in a final sale. Customer is responsible for shipping the items back to them in the event of an unauthorized return. Customer is responsible for any and all costs result from a charge-back filed up to and including any legal fees. Any incorrect items or other returns must be received with in 5 business days of RMA. No cancellations once an order has been marked as in production. Customers may not get an email when the orders change, but status can be viewed by logging to the website and checking on order status. 

Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

EU Customers
Unforgettably since these are custom made goods (hand made/made to your specifications), we do not accept returns. Any taxes or fees (ie VAT) are the customers' responsibility. For info on duties/taxes/fees contact you local postal carrier and/or customs service. 
Average shipping times are as follows :  for 1st class can take up to 6 weeks to arrive (though generally 2-3 weeks is average). Priority averages 6-10 business days in transit. These do not include any delays in customs and may be increased during peak holiday shopping.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately. Use of this site implies agreement to all terms and conditions of this website.
